Our telephone support will deal with simple techical, pre-sales and billing inquiries. We may be unable to answer the phone at certain times of day. You are welcome to leave a message and we will respond through email or telephone if neccessary as soon as possible. For complex issues, the staff on the call will open a support ticket and we will continue to respond to you through the ticket. Unfortunately, phone support is currently available only to customers residing in the U.S.
